Making Szechuan Chilli Oil is as Easy as a Flick of the Wrist

Add all your ingredients into the jar. Heat oil until it's hot (test by dipping a chopstick to see if bubbles form around it, if yes, it's hot enough).

Pour oil into the jar. That's it. Let it cool, then store in the fridge.
