Szechuan Chilli Oil

Add all your ingredients into the jar. Heat oil until it's hot (test by dipping a chopstick to see if bubbles form around it, if yes, it's hot enough).

Pour oil into the jar. That's it. Let it cool, then store in the fridge.

Szechuan peppercorns - 2 tsp Black peppercorns - 2 tsp Star anise - 3 Bay leaf - 1 Cloves - 3 Chilli flakes - 1 packet Sugar - 3 tbsp Sea salt - 3 tbsp

Oil - 200ml
