5 minutes Szechuan Tuna Pasta Recipe
Easy and addictive dinner, done in a flash. All you need is a collective of emergency stash like tuna, pasta and whatever leftover veggie and aromatics that you have AND it'll be awesome if you had chilli oil in the fridge.
Stir fry some bird eye chillies, garlic and shallots with minimal oil, less than a teaspoon.
There will be a lot of oil coming from the canned tuna and chilli oil so we need to economize oil usage where possible.
To fully cook the aromatics, let the pan heat up and add pasta water to coax the taste out.
Quickly add chilli oil. No need to stir.
Add pasta and start mixing the ingredients.

Tuna - 1 can
Vege (broccolini) - 4-5 stalks
Szechuan chilli oil - 3 tsp
Shallots - 2
Garlic - 6 cloves
Bird eye chillies (optional) - 2
Sea salt - 2 small pinches
