Thank you so much for reading my blog posts. Sharing my culinary adventures with you has brought me immeasurable joy.
I have great love for Indian cooking because it involves careful preparation and its rich flavours are built layer by layer. With the same cooking philosophy, I use it to recreate Malaysian dishes, sometimes fusing it with Western elements.
My personal favourite culinary adventure is cooking vegan dishes. I like the challenge of whipping up big, rich flavours just from plants and I enjoy meatless dinners at least 4 times a week.
